Its own bubble, and that is the point

The disclosure could technically be a clause inside the first sentence. It is not, because folding a legal notice into a pitch makes the notice read as a feature: “hi, I’m an AI assistant that can help you find a home!” is a sales line that happens to contain a disclosure, and nobody reads it as the second thing.

So it is a separate message, it comes before any work, and the sentence that follows it does the introducing.

The first message is a reply, not an opener

Nothing is written at signup. There is no greeting sitting in an empty thread waiting for somebody to arrive, and Lewis does not open a conversation with a stranger: the product’s whole argument is that it answers.

So the first bubble is a response, and it answers what was actually said. Somebody who opens with “YOOO” gets “yooo. i’m lewis…” rather than “hey”, and the echo is theirs rather than generated: an echo cannot invent a register the person did not use, and the sentence it opens carries the assistant’s name and its purpose, which is not somewhere a model gets a vote.

What the lead is told, and when

• What it is. An assistant, named, in its first message.
• Who it is for. The agent it is working on behalf of, by name.
• That a person is coming. The whole point of the conversation is a handover, and the handover is named when it happens: “passing you to Dana. she’ll call thursday.”

What it will not claim

It does not claim to be the agent. It does not claim to have seen a property, and it cannot make a factual claim about one, those are blocked on the way out. It does not commit to a time or a figure on the agent’s behalf; every one of those is held for a human.

This is a product behaviour rather than a legal page, which is why it lives in the footer next to the copyright rather than three clicks into a policy nobody opens.
